Gervais Food Truck Requirements

Oregon has health reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or inspection issued by any Oregon jurisdiction is accepted statewide. Fire permits are issued locally.

In Gervais, health is licensed by Marion County Environmental Health Services and fire permitting is set locally by Gervais' fire authority.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with the City of Gervais.

Licensing and insurance documentation is confirmed for the catering team assigned to your booking and can be shared with your venue on request.
